Face-to-face first aid training is tailored to your needs and delivered by our health specialist. Training duration depends on your needs (1 to 5 hours). The training concludes with a simulated resuscitation using a dummy. If interested, please feel free to contact us.
Act 262/2006 Coll. Puts an obligation on all employers to provide employees with training in legislation and other regulations on occupational safety and health (OSH). Such training covers potential workplace risks. OSH training must be provided on commencement of employment and whenever there are changes in the type of work, work classification and in working, technological and production processes.
Every employee should be taught the basics of first aid to know how to provide first aid before medical professionals arrive.
In addition to providing occupational health and safety training, employers must train their employees in fire protection. This obligation is set out in Act 133/1985 Coll., as amended, which requires employers to make their employees aware of fire protection measures in the workplace.
Under Section 103(2) of Act 262/2006 Coll., employers are obliged to provide car driver training to every employee who drives a motor vehicle up to 3.5 t for business travel purposes. The obligation applies irrespective of whether such driving is agreed in the employee’s employment contract.
This training complements OSH topics, and compliance with statutory requirements is reviewed by district labour inspectorates.
